In our SPA there is no thermal water.

Children are welcome in our SPA from Monday to Friday 9,00 am – 3,00 pm, during weekends and holidays 9,00 am – 1,00 pm. For children until 6 years old the entry costs is € 4,00, and for children from 7 to 12 years € 8,00 (prices per child for 2 hours of the Relax Path duration).

To enter in our SPA it’s necessary to have your own swimsuit, required in all the wellness areas, slippers and the cap, required in the swimming pool. The cap can be bought directly at the wellness center. The Tenderly kit with bathrobe and towel is provided for free. Slippers can be provided on request with a fee.

The swimming pool isn’t freely accessible because it’s in the humid area of our SPA. To go in is necessary to book the Relax Path of 2 hours.

The wellness center has got some swimsuits for both men and women for sale. Ask for more information at reception.

The entry to the SPA , that is the Relax Path that lasts two hours. If you wish to stay for more, it is necessary to book another entry by requesting it at the hotel reception or directly at the wellness center.

Sure, you can book the wellness center in order to guarantee yourself the exclusive use of the Relax Path and it is not required a minimum number of people. The service is available upon request and our availability the price differs on the basis of the day of the booking midweek or weekends or public holidays, please contact us for more details.

The Gift vouchers have 6 months validity from the date of issue. The date is always written on the card, whether if it is a present from individuals or business companies. The business company vouchers have 6-months validity and they can be done only for the business companies.

The Gift vouchers are done at the time of the request therefore it is not necessary to ask for them in advance. If you cannot come personally, you can do the request by phone or by sending us an e-mail. We will give you our bank details where you can do the transfer and the gift card will be sent by e-mail when the payment will be received.

It is possible to put in the gift voucher any offer of the day or any package or create a tailor made Gift voucher according to your needs.

No, during the infant swimming course the Relax Path is reserved to the infants and their parents.

The people taking part of the infant swimming course need to bring all the necessary equipment for the course. Children must have restraints waterproof nappies. If a relative or a friend would like to come in the Relax Path just to watch the infant swimming course, we will provide him/her with the shoe covers or slippers with a fee if they do not have their own slippers or flip flops.

It is possible to park in the Hotel Lovere Resort & Spa parking. The outdoor parking in front of the hotel reception or in the garage in the basement, both for free and available until full. As an alternative, you can use the parking of the lake water front.
